Pilates is a fitness technique which can be enjoyed by all, not just those suffering with back pain. At OxPhysio, our Pilates classes encourage individual progress in a non competitive environment. The classes are a great way of relieving stress and tension and can dramatically improve strength, flexibility, tone, posture and co-ordination, no matter what your age or fitness level.
At OxPhysio, we offer personal Pilates training on a one to one basis and small group sessions so we can give everyone individual advice and attention. These can be arranged at a time and place that is convenient for you. We also run regular six week blocks of Pilates Classes in Oxford for all abilities from Headington, and Botley. We have specialist Osteoporosis and post-natal classes available, where you are welcome to bring your baby. We advise that you attend an individual session before attending these classes to ensure you understand the basic principles of Pilates so your individual needs and requirements can then be met more effectively.
